A healing narrative of hope. ‘A future hope” was used in the fundamental religious past I walked through, to sidestep being human , to silence my questioning - and also placing all hope in something outside of myself was disempowering, but this , this is tender and lovely and feels totally different in my body. To choose it gives me agency…yes, this hope feels true
